Board of Directors

The Board of Directors are senior leaders within industry who are elected by the General Membership of the Securities Finance Association at our annual general meeting, serving for a two year tenure.

The Directors of the Association are voting members and are responsible for setting the strategy of the Association.

The Board of Directors elect the leadership of the association into the roles of Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Treasurer.

The Board and our Executive team are also supported by our Board Advisors, representing the breadth of the membership, who provide strategic input without any voting capacity, also serving a two year tenure.
