The Board of Directors are elected by the General Membership of the Securities Finance Association at our annual general meeting, serving for two years. Board Advisors also serve for two years.

The Directors of the Association are responsible for setting the strategy of the Association, they are supported by our Board Advisors, who provide strategic input without any voting capacity.
