Complete the form by entering your information on the screen, print it off and sign by an authorised signatory of the entity (the “Company”) that is to be the member of SFA.

Download the Member Appointment Form. Complete the form then print it off on your company-headed paper and sign it.

Send both forms to SFA:

Pay the Annual Fees

Once your membership has been accepted by SFA, please make the necessary payment to complete the membership process. Once approved by the Executive Committee, the annual fees relevant to your type of membership will be due. You will be notified of payment options.
